What will you be doing?


As our Commercial Admin, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, keeping our operations running smoothly and our team in top shape.


Here's what you'll be up to:

Admin All-Star:
Provide top-notch administrative support to our site team, ensuring smooth sailing every step of the way


Contract Connoisseur:
Manage multiple key contracts like a pro, keeping everything in line and on track for success


CRM Maestro:
Take charge of our CRM system, crafting quotes and managing data with precision and finesse


Document Dynamo:
Assist in crafting commercial documents that dazzle, including contracts, proposals, and quotations that seal the deal


Client Champion:
Be the friendly face and voice for our clients, handling inquiries, accepting work orders, and keeping them updated on project progress whilst answering calls and calling residential customers to schedule appointments


Tech Trailblazer:
Navigate client portals and third-party systems with ease, ensuring data is managed and uploaded flawlessly


Problem-Solving Pro:
Tackle customer inquiries and concerns head-on, resolving issues swiftly and effectively


Project Navigator:
Assist in monitoring and tracking commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations


Collaboration Crusader:
Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to keep communication flowing and workflows streamlined
