Job Title - Complaints Support Administrators

Location - Remote Working/Glasgow

Contract - 6 months - Initially

Salary - £10.98 per hour (Paye) £15.19 (Umbrella)

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm


Key Duties Include:

  • Using Multiple In-House systems
  • Processing Sensitive Client & Customer data
  • Speaking with customers to ensure accuracy for the Complaints Team.
  • Responsible for carrying out work to ensure that the clients & Customer complaint records are accurate
  • Identify the key information for each Complaint and record this accurately.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering a firstclass service to our customer's by ensuring the information from customer's complaints are captured with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will see the endtoend process of complaint handling, from original logging, capturing data to assist in the investigation, processing payments & finally closing off the complaint.
  • You will also assist the operation with the progression of the complaint through to closure.

What you will need to have:

  • Excellent range of PC skills including Excel with both speed and accuracy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident on the phone speaking with internal clients
  • Ability to work at part of a team as well as on your own initiative
  • Previous administration experience is necessary
  • Excellent Data accuracy & Numeracy Skills
  • Background knowledge in FS Complaints Administration is desirable but not essential.
