We're now looking to recruit Apprentice Customer Support Advisors that share our core values; respect for people, hard work and enterprise, excellence in reputation and making the world a safer place for everyone.


About the role:
As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you will be enrolled on to the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.

Approximately 6 hours of your working week will be dedicated to you completing off the job training that must be directly relevant to this apprenticeship.

We are committing to allowing this time to ensure you are learning and practicing the new theories and skills you acquire through your studies.


The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with NO weekends or evenings You will benefit from flexible hours; either 8AM to 4:30PM, 8:30AM to 5PM or 9AM to 5:30PM.


Please note that you will be based in the office until initial training is complete and you are fully competent in the role which we anticipate will be after 6-8 months.


Key responsibilities include:
Identifying root cause outcomes to resolve customer dissatisfaction at the first point of contact

  • Supporting and participating with Arco sales promotions and ensure all leads are acted upon within SLAs
Actively upselling, cross and switch selling whilst promoting online self-serve channel


About you:

The ideal Apprentice Customer Support Advisor will be/have:

  • Strong relationship building skills and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated with great time management
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A real team player, helping the company achieve our ambitious goals
  • A good communicator, both spoken and written word
  • A positive, can do attitude
