SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY IN STEVENAGE (HYBRID)
Are you looking for a fast paced and exciting opportunity to work in the world of global automotive operations?

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the specialised Supply Chain Operations Team of a market leading automotive/electronics company, where you will be responsible for the supply chain planning management of one or more global suppliers.

This is a hybrid role (2 days in office/3days from home) with some travel to visit the wider team in Europe periodically.

You will primarily govern supplier MRP, focusing on demand planning, materials and inventory management, risk mitigation, working capitaland financial profitability.

Electronics experience is not needed for this position but, an ability to build strong supplier relationships will be an added advantage.

Other Key Responsibilities include:

Overall responsibility and lead for Planning Management at a Supplier level
Define, review and sets up MRP strategy in line with program frameworks.
Day to day management of MRP signals on ERP (new purchaser orders, pull in, push out, cancel).
Escalation / Exception / Issue Management
Primary contact point for supplier customer service
Management of expedites for short term supply issues
