Description

Assistant Finance Business Partner responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Finance Business Partner with key functional stakeholders including P&L support with key business decisions on pricing, yield, margins, operating costs and profitability
  • Provide overall financial insights into business drivers in order to deliver and develop the site's strategic objectives and annual budget
  • Partnering with the Finance Hub to ensure the finance processes reflect accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Supporting stakeholders by providing variance analysis and overall financial modelling to drive business decisions
  • Support the Finance Business Partner by producing complex/bespoke analysis that requires sound business acumen and understanding of business trends
  • Facilitate the annual budget cycle by owning all template building and modelling
  • Ownership of departmental management accounts with regular reviews with operational stakeholders & Finance Business Partner.
  • Support with project work within the team such as new systems, changes in standards, changes in group processes or operational changes within the resort

Profile

  • CIMA/ACCA partqualified
  • Required
  • Finance Business Partnering experience or experience partnering nonfinancial stakeholders
  • Desirable
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Required
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to new systems
  • Required
  • Experience of building templates and modelling
  • Desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Required
