BIM Manager

£100,000 + Package

A great opportunity for someone with a strong BIM management background (ideally with technical knowledge of M&E) who is looking to work for a high-performing company in the data centre world.

Key responsibilities:


  • Develop project digital strategies while working with the design manager and other discipline leads.
  • Work with the team to constantly review progress and report on successes and failures.
  • Work closely with project designers and engineers to ensure that full collaboration is reached in order to achieve the required scope of works and hit key project dates.
  • Contribute to developing automated workflows to support Data Center standards and increase productivity/digitalization.
  • Identify new, innovative, and emerging technologies to assist in the development process, specifically as it pertains to the virtual design and construction environment.

Background required:


  • Experience in the design, construction and delivery of data centers and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in managing the BIM and digital information element of multidisciplinary projects with technical knowledge around M&E.
  • Experience of working with common data environments.
  • Experience and understanding of managing teams to deliver project data to industry standards.
