McCarthy Stone are recruiting a *Care Assistants* to join the team at our retirement living plus development, *Corbett Court* in *Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

Built in 2013 and consisting of 56 apartments, Corbett Court encourages independent living for the over 70's that may or may not need care.

*Hourly rate: *£10.72 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

*Hours:

We have 20 hours per week available, working alternate weekends and evenings OR 10 hours OR 8 hours per week working evenings.

As a Care Assistant you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. Every day will be diverse, and you'll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.

*About you: - You will be a warm, friendly individual with ideally some experience of working in a care or support environment.

You will have a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of team in a busy work setting.
