Team Leader / Supervisor - Deli / Hot Food counter

Fixed shifts:
Sunday to Thursday 7am to 3pm. No late nights or evenings

We are looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor to work in conjunction with our existing Team Leader to manage 7 day opening of our busy Hot Food / Deli in our Kenny's Coleraine store.

Applicants
must be experienced in food preparation/deli or kitchen roles and have a working knowledge of HACCP / food safety.

What you'll do in this role:

You will have a hands-on role in managing the Deli/Hot Food offering instore in conjunction with the existing Team Leader.

Your role is to provide an attractive, high quality daily offering of hot food, deli and food to go in store.

You will be responsible for a small deli team in all aspects of the deli - stock ordering; preparation; presentation and customer service ensuring at all times the highest level of health, safety and hygiene standards.

You will train, motivate and manage your deli team to provide an exceptional level of hot food and deli offering and customer service.

What we are looking for in our Supervisor
The key is a passion for delivering high standards.

You will need to have previous experience of supervising a small team/ working in and managing a busy retail food to go/kitchen environment with a good working knowledge of health, safety and hygiene responsibilities.

Salary:
£11.00-£11.25 per hour
