Responsibilities


We are now recruiting for a
Plant and Transport Coordinator to join our Telecoms team to support the depot team in all aspects of plant and transport compliance.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • You will be part of a team who are responsible for the effective use of plant and transport assets across the Kier Openreach and Cityfibre contracts
  • You will coordinate the hire, use, compliance, off hire and accounting of all required plant and fleet across the two Telecoms projects
  • You will complete weekly checks of all plant and fleet to identify losses, damage, noncompliance and change of user.
  • You will travel between multiple sites on both projects to complete checks and audits (this will involve significant travel, example split would be 3 days a week Basingstoke, 2 days south west across 4 depots)

This role of Plant and Transport Coordinator is great for you if:

  • Attention to detail and ability to cross reference large amounts of data on different systems
  • Excellent computer skills such as MS Excel
  • Full Driving License as travel will be involved.
