A stable company with a promising future and steady growth has an exciting opportunity within the pre-construction department for an experienced Estimator.

The business has a successful track record delivering schemes up to £20m across all sectors of the industry, which includes Healthcare, Education, Residential, Leisure, Industrial and Retail.


The Role:


This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to become part of a very successful business and get involved in a variety of interesting sectors on Design & Build, New Build and Refurbishment projects.

The role offers the opportunity to grow and develop your career as an Estimator reporting into the Pre-Construction Director.

You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely estimates for single and 2 stage tenders and negotiate successful tenders to hand-over.


Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years Main Contractor Estimating experience.
The ability to price from first principles for labour and material build-ups.
Full Driving License required.
