Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Small Works Estimator to join our Estimating Department in Liverpool.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will form part of a team that assists operations teams across the UK.The main workload will come from high turnover of quotes ranging from £20K to circa £1M covering electrical, mechanical, refurbishments as the main work stream across multiple clients as well as liaising with the other support staff within the teams so flexibility is key.
Supporting the operational teams where attention to detail and management of documentation is paramount as well as liaising with the other support staff within the teams across the UK.
Brief overview of the role
- Experience of quoting and tendering.
- Sound understanding of commercial costing and tendering processes.
- Have experience of working with FM industry.
- Fully proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage numerous projects concurrently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload, achieving maximum results.
- Analytical skills able to accurately review data.
- Exceptional communication & organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are key attributes.
- Willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
