A regional civil engineering business is recruiting a Site Agent to deliver a Highways improvement scheme with the value of £6m.

The business delivers a full range of civil engineering services with a specialist expertise in the highways sector and a reputation for reliability and exceptional service delivery.


Site Agent include:

  • Advising the engineering team with solutions to technical challenges
  • Production and integration of 3week programmes
  • Manage designs from the inhouse and external designers.
  • Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
  • Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant and material requirements
  • Training and mentoring the junior members of the engineering team
  • Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
  • Managing RFI's and Technical Queries
  • Raising early warnings and compensation events
This role offers the opportunity to work outside of IR35.
