Responsibilities:
Provider Communication:
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with financial product providers, effectively conveying and obtaining necessary information.
Ceding Scheme Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in gathering and utilising ceding scheme information to facilitate seamless processes for our clients.
Annual Review Process:
Take charge of the annual review process, ensuring its comprehensive execution, accurate documentation, and adherence to established timelines.
Client Relationship Support:
Collaborate with our team of Independent Financial Advisors to manage client relationships by providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining regular interactions.
Documentation Excellence:
Maintain meticulous records and documentation, including client records, financial paperwork, and communication, in adherence to regulatory standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of evolving financial regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to these benchmarks across all operational aspects.
Requirements:
Experience:
A track record of 3+ years in a similar role within a financial advisory firm, wealth management, or financial services setting.
Experience using Intelliflo and submitting new business across various platforms is a must.Administrative Expertise:
Proven ability to meticulously manage administrative tasks related to financial products, including ceding schemes and annual reviews.
IT Proficiency:
Proficient in Intelliflo, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective Communication:
written and verbal communication skills.
Organisational Skills:
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Attention to Detail:
An eye for detail and accuracy when handling financial documentation and maintaining records.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
