Are you a Contract Supervisor looking for your next challenge?

Due to continued growth and internal promotion, fix360 (Your Housing Group's in house contractor) has an exciting opportunity for a proactive, experienced Contract Supervisor to lead a growing, dynamic team focused on day to day repairs.

As a Contract Supervisor you will support the Contract Manager with managing the delivery of required works for the Group's residential properties, including responsive repair works, disrepair works, void and new let property surveys and repairs.

You will lead a team to carry out repairs to meet standards, timescales and budget with a priority on health, safety and well-being of staff, public and tenants.

You'll be centrally based to be able to easily commute to all geographical locations in the North West and you will be required to participate in an Out of Hours Rota where required to meet business needs.

If you have

Relevant trade qualifications
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Managers and Professionals Black Card.
The ability to Identify, build, monitor and maintain constructive relationships with teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package including CRM.
Experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams, including managing team performance in a matrix structure
Experience with complaint handling from initial receipt and managing through to a successful resolution
