Key Duties:

Work closely with the NPD Manager in developing the beauty innovation pipeline and product portfolio, focusing on the face and hair
Create market analysis including claims, copy, size, pricing and brand positions
Present submissions on new ingredients and innovative ideas to the team
Maintain and manage all key NPD documents for product launches and report any changes to the teams
Manage and work to critical paths ensuring all actions are achieved within deadlines
