What we're looking for
Someone To provide high level Service Delivery Support against defined procedures, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs. Undertakes a wide range of complex administrative activities and resolves complex queries. May include delegation and monitoring of other's work.

The role
Working closely with the UKI Sales, Service Delivery and Service Delivery Support teams.

Main duties will involve but are not limited to those detailed below:


  • Preparation and issue of quotes ensuring contractual obligations are met in line with our Group Management Systems.
  • Liaising with clients/colleagues in relation to investigation and resolution of invoice queries.
  • Responsibility for management of small projects ensuring that costs are monitored and invoices issues in a timely manner as per contract.
  • Assisting with the control of debt by liaising with clients who have overdue invoices on account.
  • Working alongside a Shared Service Centre team to ensure any task requested are actioned within the agreed timeframes.
  • Sharing suggestions with colleagues on an process improvements to support our drive for continuous improvements.
  • Populating an Electronic Workbook and Surveyor Calendars with allocated jobs using Microsoft Outlook

What you bring

  • Previous experience of SAP ByD would be preferable
  • Good cooperation and communication skills
  • Meticulous organisation skills with the ability to adapt, multitask under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
  • Ability to work with professional business systems
  • Commercial awareness and good customer focus
