What you'll be doing
(Full Training provided) Working within an experienced team and using cutting edge technology, you will:
- Monitor CCTV, alarm signals and lone worker device alarms
- Answer telephones and intercoms
- Deal with access control
- Complete incident reports
About First County Monitoring
Established in 1994, First County Monitoring (FCM) is an NSI Gold Accredited Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), BS8484 Accredited Lone Worker Monitoring Station and Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC).
Role requirements
You will be:
- An excellent communicator verbally and written
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- A fast learner
- Selfmotivated and able to use your initiative
- Experience is not essential as you will receive on the job training.
Salary
- Standard rate of pay plus enhanced pay for night/weekend shifts
- Overtime available (enhanced rate of pay)
