Recruitment Consultant (Education)
25-35k depending on experience


Hybrid Remote

Birmingham


My client is expanding their Midlands team and are therefore looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant, ideally from the education recruitment sector, but CVs are welcome from similar sectors such as health and social care.

They are looking for an ambitious, service driven individual, who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment.


What the role will involve:

  • 360 recruitment role covering all aspects of the recruitment cycle
  • Business development calls / activity
  • Face to face visits with schools and SEND provisions
  • Developing new relationships and account managing existing ones
