Site Equip is the South's leading supplier of portable welfare facilities, operating within event and construction industries, supplying major events such as; Glastonbury, Bournemouth 7s, Brighton Pride, and London 2012 Olympics and long term contracts with London Fire Brigade and the Ministry of Defence.

As the Event Administrator, you will join a team that is responsible for providing excellent customer service and developing our customer base.

Your duties could include:

Reply to incoming enquiries via website and telephone
Advising clients on options available to them
Processes orders take payment and complete sales administration
Ensure the database is up to date
Follow up on leads and referrals
Provide a high level of customer service
Communicate effectively with operations, marketing, and accounts teams
