Salary:
£18,500 - £20,500 dependant on experience


About the role:

We are different from other lettings agencies, who mainly focus on sales.

We strongly focus on customer service & building relationships with our tenants, who come from all over the world, looking for their new home.


As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of YPP and the first point of contact for our tenants, investors, contractors and other visitors calling or walking into your building.

You will also play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the business daily.


Our Senior CSR and Lettings Managers will be your main point of contact, and you will also work closely with our Maintenance and Marketing teams as well as all of our Lettings Consultants.


Daily duties include:


  • Meeting and greeting tenants and other visitors to ensure all receive a warm welcome;
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls;
  • Liaising with the Lettings, Marketing, Maintenance (including cleaners) and Management teams for smooth management and running of the building;
  • Assisting with initial issues and queries raised by current tenants to ensure they are dealt with efficiently and directed to the responsible team members;
  • Daily walk around of the building communal spaces;
  • Some building safety/ compliance checks;
  • Keeping the building entrance, office and communal areas clean, tidy and fully stocked (if required);
  • Reporting of communal maintenance issues;
  • Handling of resident parcels;
  • Handling confidential information, including tenancy agreements and copies of personal identification documents;
  • Midterm/ end of tenancy inspections; and
  • General administrative duties where required.

Essential Requirements:


  • Well organised, selfmotivated and efficient;
  • Friendly and polite;
  • A working knowledge of computer packages, including word and excel; and
  • Able to deal with difficult clients/customers.

Desirable Requirements:


  • Multilingual
  • Previous reception/administrative experience desired
