Day Concierge position at Rendall & Rittner (White City, W12)

Location -
White City (London, W12)

Working Hours - 4 on 4 off,

Salary - £24,500 - £25,500 per annum (Depending on experience)

Contract - Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a development located in in the heart of West London.

This is a new development which is part of a 10-year project, currently sitting with 75 residential units and increasing to 400 by the end of April 2020 and 1,800 in 2029.

This site benefits from several amenities such as a gym, cinema, swimming pool and a golf simulation. Close by stations include White City and Shepherds Bush underground station.

You'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others.
You're always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries.
Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
You'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and working in a team environment.
