So I'm looking for a cracking Business Analyst to join to lead on the interpretation of business requirements for their technical systems.

Naturally, you will have managed analysis across the full end-to-end life-cycle from inception through to design, toimplementation. You'll also be a dab hand at defining processes, process mapping and you'll understand the variety of BA methodologies.

I'd also love to see evidence of Business Change within your previous remits. This is absolutely key to this role and just as important as technology change exposure.

These roles are hybrid and we'd love you to be open to working at least 2 days per week from their BEAUTIFUL state-of-the-art offices in South Derby and you can work the rest from the comfort of your own home.

In return you'll receive up to £45k base salary plus bonus, 34 days holiday (including bank hols), FREE PARKING, subsidised restaurant and various social events throughout the year.
