Work with the ward manager and nursing team to develop and promote best nursing practice.4.

Work as part of the ward team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care in line with best practice.5.

Ensure that self and other professionals adhere to infection control best practice and policies in all aspects of clinical work.

Seek advice/support as necessary from senior staff or the infection control team.
