We are recruiting for an exciting private equity firm. The company itself are experts within the healthcare and tech
- enablement sectors.
The company are looking to welcome a Management Accountant into their Finance team.

The role requires an individual who is happy working in a hardworking team and is prepared to cover a broad range of tasks.

The main responsibilities for this Management Accountant role are as follow:

Prepare the monthly management accounts and the statutory accounts for all the group entities
Performing the Financial analysis and preparing the financial forecasts
Exposure to Tax, VAT, deals and transactions
Assisting with the preparation of quarterly reporting to external investors
Analyse financial data to aid in the profitability and growth of a business.
Liaising with local accountants across the US and Europe checking and reconciling all accounts
Assisting with the recharges to and reconciling transactions with investment partnerships
Assist with other adhoc projects and tasks the team may have

The successful applicant for this Management Accountant position will:

Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software would be an advantage
Be hardworking and proactive to able to cope with very busy periods at certain times of the financial year
02 years post qualified experience as a management or financial accountant in any business
Strong numerical, analytical and excel abilities
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
