Due to growth and demand we are seeking an experienced Senior Liability Adjuster to be able to cover the North of England

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working in a pivotal role proactively handling and settling a technically complex caseload of third-party Liability claims, typically of high value.

Your portfolio of work will consist of a mixture of more complex employers' liability, public liability and potentially products liability, mainly on a cradle to grave basis.

Extensive experience of writing investigation reports
Extensive knowledge of the insurance market
Extensive technical knowledge within the adjusting arena
Proven proficient working knowledge of scoping software and hand-held device use.
Good negotiation skills - for arranging appointments when required, alternative accommodation and explaining information when there is pushback on settlement
To understand what matter to the customer and to put this first - putting yourself in their shoes
Good IT skills, with a keen eye for detail
Flexibility in travelling
Full UK driving licence

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
