Description
Bridgend County Care and Repair assists older people with disabilities to repair and adapt their homes.

We are seeking to recruit a Site Supervisor who is highly motivated and wants to make a real difference to the lives of older people living in the community.

If so, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of site operations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor progress and identify any issues.
  • Provide line management, leadership, and guidance to the site team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
