Bailey Care Services are a local recruitment agency, that specialises in providing temporary work to HCAs and Support Workers across Dorset.

Our clients range from Residential Care Homes to Assisted Living Facilities. From Domiciliary Work to Hospital Wards.

As the work is temporary, you are able to choose the days, shifts and locations that you are available to work, in turn leading to a truly flexible work life.

Duties May Include:

Assisting with personal care
Assisting at mealtimes
Promoting companionship
Maintaining accurate records
Assisting with activities and interests
Promoting independence, choice and dignity

Your skills and qualities:

A desire to deliver person centred care.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and conscientious
Kind and compassionate
