We are looking to fill a number of Construction roles (All Level Carpenters & Set Builders) to become a pivotal role in Aardman's latest flagship Shaun the Sheep project.


You will provide a high standard of set construction, prop making and related creative skills including the maintenance and adaptation of props as well as the general organisation and upkeep of the workshop.

This will include being able to interpret the drawings of the Production Designer, Art Director and Draftsperson and work out how to build them.


Part of these roles will be to ensure the sets and key props are built safely, adhering to the companies H&S policies, including animator access points and covering all requirements as noted in the technical drawings or mock-ups.


About You:


We are looking for people with experience working with a wide range of materials and be competent with wood and metal working machinery.

You will know all aspects and processes of construction work for animation set builds.


You will have previous experience of working in animation / film and have excellent knowledge of construction materials, tolerances and processes.
