• Develop and implement sports coaching programs for individuals or teams
• Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport
• Plan and organize practice sessions to improve skills and performance
• Evaluate and assess the progress of athletes and provide feedback for improvement
• Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
• Ensure the safety of athletes during training and competitions
• Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and staff members to create a positive team environment.

• Previous experience in sports coaching or relevant field
• Strong knowledge of the specific sport being coached
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate and motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels
• Organizational skills to plan practices, competitions, and travel arrangements
• CPR and first aid certification (preferred)
• Valid, in date DBS (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in sports science, physical education, or related field (preferred)
