Remote? This role will be office based with the potential to adapt to hybrid


Salary:
£30,000 - £33,000

The Job Role:


  • Assisting colleagues and clients with the set up of systems
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshooting issues to ensure solutions
  • Liaising confidently over the telephone, Teams and face to face to help solve issues calmly and professionally.

Experience Required:


  • Ability to communicate with Senior members of staff
  • Minimum 6 months experience working in a similar position
  • Proven experience using ticketing systems
  • Service Now would be a benefit but is not essential
  • Proven experience using MS Office
  • Proven experience using active directories
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems
