Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to executive team members
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and provide excellent service to clients
  • Use phone systems to make and receive calls on behalf of executives
  • Data entry with accounts for our accountant
- set up payment book weekly

  • Keep office tidy
  • Send wages off weekly to accountant

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.42 per hour
