Duties:
- Provide administrative support to executive team members
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide excellent service to clients
- Use phone systems to make and receive calls on behalf of executives
- Data entry with accounts for our accountant
- Keep office tidy
- Send wages off weekly to accountant
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£10.42 per hour
