Crown Care Group are pleased to announce the following vacancy at Royal Windsor, Grantham Experienced Domestic Assistant

Applicants should possess a genuine commitment to providing the highest quality of residential care within our beautiful new purpose-built care home setting.

TResponsibilities:

Perform commercial cleaning duties in various settings throughout the home, including residents rooms, communal areas, offices, and other facilities
Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors
Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and toilets
Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
Restocking supplies as needed
Adhering to safety guidelines and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Skills:

Experience in commercial cleaning, particularly in a care home setting, is highly desired
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning chemicals
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors
