Finance Business Partner - Permanent - Full time - £51,500 per Annum - Flexible Hybrid working

Reed Finance are proud to be working with an internationally renowned Contemporary art gallery based in the heart of London.

We have been engaged to help them recruit an experienced, qualified Finance Business Partner to join their small, friendly, and collaborativeteam.

As Finance Business Partner you will work across the organisation, building partnerships to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions promoting improvements and cost reductions.

As well as ensuring compliance and best practice is developedand maintained, you will prepare accurate and insightful financial analysis.

You will be instrumental in the production of key management information including the preparation of the annual budget, forecast updates and monthly management accounts.

Essential Skills
-
An Accountancy qualification (CIMA,ACCA,ACA) with strong FP&A and Business Partnering experience.

Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience of communicating financial information verbally and in writing to a range of audiences including nonfinance stakeholders.
Excellent experience of management accounts, project reporting and variance analysis.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills to be able to evaluate information and data effectively.
A rigorous approach to financial management and control.
