We are Diamond Home Assist, an award winning support agency in West Lothian and West Edinburgh.

We support many different individuals in the community, including those affected by disabilities, complex needs, previous or current addictions, dementia and much more.

We are currently looking for staff members in the _WEST LOTHIAN_ area, to fulfil the role of 'Community Support Worker'.

Requirements:

• No experience is required, however, all experience is welcomed
• Support workers must have a full licence and access to a vehicle
• Mandatory PVG check will be completed

What is required of you in the job role?

• Assisting clients to enter social settings
• Working with clients to maintain their tenancy
• Providing fulltime carers respite from their daily duties
• Prepare healthy meals and batch cook
