Bluestep was incorporated in 2010 and is based at Blisworth Hill Farm in the lovely Northamptonshire countryside, commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

The business operates in design, merchandise, storage and fulfilment services providing varied solutions to a wide range of clients in the charity, healthcare, outdoor education, corporate and sports sectors.

We are a progressive, forward-thinking company that prides ourselves on a first class service. We are seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our Creative Services team, reporting to the Managing Director.


The Marketing Executive Role

Main Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive

• Collaborate with the creative services team to create compelling content for marketing materials, website, blogs and social media platforms. The website being redeveloped is an important responsibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, website traffic and other key metrics. Use insights to optimise marketing strategies.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, engaging with followers and monitoring brand sentiment.
• Support the creation and implementation of SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Assist in organising and attending promotional events, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, sales materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Marketing Executive Experience

• University Bachelor's Degree level in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven work experience as a marketing executive or in a similar marketing role
• Demonstrated experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation with proven track record of delivering results
• Technology proficient (CRM systems such as Synergist)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics

Marketing Executive Personal Skills & Attributes

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make datadriven decisions
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software and Microsoft Office suites
• Excellent teamwork skills as well as being able to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Marketing Executive

• We allow one day of remote working each week.
• Aside from days where there are client meetings we like the team to come to the office for collaborative reasons.
• Salary range: £27,500 £32,500 per annum depending on experience
