  • We are looking to recruit a Transport Support Assistant.
  • You will be required to provide support within the Transport Support & Fleet Management Team, ensuring service delivery is met.
  • You will be responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining manual and computerised systems, files and records. You will also provide reception cover, assisting colleagues with their enquiries when defecting vehicle off service and checking that all information obtained is accurate and relevant. Liaising with External suppliers for updates on outsourced jobs and updating the Vehicle Services Manager where required.
  • We are seeking an individual who has IT and communications skills. The successful applicant will need to be able to work under pressure and also work flexibly as well as been able to prioritise workloads. Previous knowledge working in a busy reactive office would be useful.
  • The role requires the office to be covered between with the ability to be flexible
