Customer Service Advisor
GM Supplies currently have an opening for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.


About us:

At GM Supplies & Distribution Ltd we have an ongoing commitment to provide a competitive, reliable and professional service.

We supply a wide range of products including washroom systems, cleaning chemicals, janitorial products, healthcare and PPE products, along with catering supplies and equipment.


We have been supplying many professional sectors including care homes, nurseries, doctor surgeries, dentists, manufacturing/industrial sites and the licence trade, for 15 years.


Responsibilities

  • Managing existing customers and developing their product range
  • Lead generation and opening new accounts
  • Quotations and stock order sheets
  • Entering sales orders into sage daily
  • Daily office ad hoc tasks
  • A flexible work approach as you will be asked to do tasks for other people within the office that may need prioritising

What do I need?

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills essential
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload daily essential
  • Customer service/telesales background essential
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines essential
  • A passion to learn and to contribute essential
  • Enhanced knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office preferred
  • Knowledge of Sage preferred
