Description
Accompanying clients at viewings.

  • Providing feedback to Landlords
  • Negotiating lets between Landlord and Tenant.
  • Carrying out routine inspections at properties.
  • Managing the move in process for Tenants from viewing to key collection including obtaining essential compliance documentation, carrying out referencing and preparing the tenancy documentation.
  • Logging maintenance requests from our managed portfolio and liaising with Landlord, Contractor and Tenant to get repairs completed as quickly as possible.
The advertised salary is based on age and experience.


Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,500.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
