Finance, Accounts and Business Trainer at Sterling Training (Freelance)

We have an opportunity for a Finance, Accounts and Business Trainer to join our associate trainer team. We reckon we are the friendliest and most supportive team out there.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver exciting teaching materials to UK-based and international military forces in an inspiring and learner-centred way.


They will be tenacious, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to create innovative new teaching materials that can be adapted to the needs and cultures of their students.


Essential:


  • Demonstrable experience managing finance or accounts in a commercial or military setting (minimum 3 years)
  • Demonstratable experience in a trainer role with a learnercentred approach
  • Ability to make finance, accounts and business accessible and easy to understand for all learners
  • Understanding and awareness of different cultures
  • Be able to design and develop your own course materials
  • Ability to communicate and train clearly, simply and with enthusiasm
  • Works well as part of a team

Desired:


  • Experience in delivering training to international learners
