Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out payroll support providing information to external payroll provider
- Pension data review and payment processing
- Frequent use of banking systems and XERO.
- Producing management accounts
- Making payments and matching payments to invoices
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Possess either ICB / AAT qualification or equivalent
- Have previous experience in with Xero Accounting software
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in completing payroll
- Possess excellent computer proficiency skills especially within excel.
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail with data input and throughout other business needs.
- Experience using banking systems and net suite or similar.
Desirable skills
- Experience using Xero
- Demonstrated knowledge of appointment based finance systems
- Experience in a similar service environment
