The position available is for a Junior Product Designer to join our team in Warwick, with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.

As a Junior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design team and product teams in developing visually captivating and functional products that cater to our customers' requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the design team to execute various visual design stages, encompassing the creation of user journeys, wireframes, and rapid prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
  • Assist in collaboration efforts with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to implement innovative solutions for design challenges.
  • Generate original ideas and engage in brainstorming sessions to simplify and enhance the user experience.
  • Contribute to user research, product discovery, and usability testing to assess user experience and ease of use.
  • Contribute to the development of design guidelines, best practices, and standards, and follow them accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for research and a preference for making design decisions based on data.
  • Proficiency in creating highquality UI designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Wellorganized with an understanding of the significance of systemic design.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • A dedicated, accountable, and proactive individual who takes initiative in independently problemsolving.
