Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established customer focused independent Estate Agency firm in Bristol.

We are looking for a trustworthy individual with some experience working as a sales negotiator or a similar role within an estate agent.

You must have good communicative skills and be highly driven.

You will be responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service & building longlasting relationships with clients
Registering buyers & matching requirements to available properties
Accompany viewing appointments.
Sales administration
Negotiating offers
Must have UK driving licence & own car and be smart with a professional appearance.

Working hours are 8.45am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and some Saturdays 9am - 4 (with a day off in lieu)

Own car required - fuel allowance paid

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
