About Our Client:

A growing recruitment firm hiring in the education sector are looking for a compliance team leader to join their team.

Responsible for managing our compliance regulations and practices within the education sector
Training, coaching and supervising team members within the compliance department
Taking personal responsibility to ensure new members of the team pass probation and stay committed and motivated towards their job role
Acting as a supporter to the Recruitment Consultants and Resourcing teams

The Successful Applicant:

You must be able to use your own initiative
Keen to make a difference in the education sector
Management experience in compliance and administration (ideally in education)
Are you a senior compliance manager looking for a step up in their role? this is something we could consider but not a must
Ability to handle confidential information
Critical problemsolving ability
Ability to analyse and interpret information quickly
