GCSE English & Maths

Diploma or equivalent in administration and/or business

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years administration experience

Previous finance experience

Experience of working in a complex administrative role within an office environment

Experience in a HR assistant role

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of MS Office

Advanced IT skills

Experience with payroll & finance systems

Responsibilities:
Employees in this role perform a variety of PA duties under the direction of the Company Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
To provide high quality administrative, HR and finance support which includes:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and Head Office team
- Ad hock administrative tasks
- Invoice processing
- Cash book maintenance
- Maintaining the company purchase ledgers
- End to end payroll support
- Managing incoming enquiries
- Produce correspondence, documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting Line Managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Support with vetting for new starters to BS785
- Supporting the management team in developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management
- Maintaining records
- General administration, HR and financial.
- Support with HR enquires such as holiday requests, reference requests and uniform requests
- Take minutes in meetings when required
- Control of office filling
Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract, Temp to perm, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour
