We are a highly regarded independent Estate & Letting Agency based in Haywards Heath and we have an opening for a presentable and highly motivated Property Coordinator/Negotiator.


We are proud of our good reputation for customer service that we have built over 40 years and therefore require determined individuals with a professional 'can do' approach.

Working from our office in Haywards Heath the successful applicant will be duly rewarded for hard work and commitment.


Within this role, you will be required to help and assist applicants and clients to manage an interesting portfolio of properties.


Some aspects of this include:

  • Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants in a positive and effective manner.
  • Dealing with the daytoday management duties.
  • Carrying out viewings and property inspections.
  • Helping applicants find the right property
  • Negotiate new tenancies
The successful applicant would ideally have the following attributes:

  • Experience within the letting and sales industry
  • High standard of personal appearance.
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and written.
  • Well organised, detail orientated and a problem solver.
  • Selfmotivated and ready to use initiative whilst working within a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure with an empathetic nature.
  • Reliable, committed, flexible and a willingness to go the extra mile when business demands.
  • Computer literate.
  • Car owner.
Previous and personal experience of buying/selling/letting or renting is an advantage.

£23,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
