ESOLAR are an extension of the LMF Energy Services Group. We are a multi-award-winning solar installer, receiving the award for National Solar PV Installer of the Year for 2023.


Your job will be to attend qualified appointments which we book from inbound enquiries, discussing with customers the benefits of solar showing them potential savings they will experience with solar and comparing that to how much they will spend with their current energy provider.

With bills unpredictable to say the least, there hasn't been a better time to look into Solar, a product which provides a solution to the problem of unmanageable bills and give our customers the ability to safeguard themselves from future rises.


We are looking to add to our team with ambitious individuals who are comfortable working in directly with end consumers, able to discuss and present figures confidently.


Sales experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided, what we DO need is a positive attitude and desire to learn.

Our product and marketing techniques are ever changing so the position best suits someone adaptable.

minimum of 3 appointments per day

£30,000-£60,000. dependent on current leads, business etc

  • Sales: 4 years (required)
  • Energy or Renewable experience 2 years (preferred)
