We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tuition Coordinator to join our growing team at Pass Potential.

Our mission is to provide top-quality educational services to students of all ages and backgrounds, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed.

As a Tutor, you will be responsible for:

• Matching students with qualified and experienced tutors based on their needs and preferences
• Maintaining communication with students, parents, and tutors to ensure a positive and productive experience for all parties
• Coordinating and scheduling tutoring sessions, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared
• Keeping accurate records of tutoring sessions, payments, and student progress
• Assisting with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students and tutors
• Providing excellent customer service and support to all clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• A bachelor's degree ( or A-A* A-Levels in the field of teaching)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as a tutor coordinator or education coordinator
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with common tutoring platforms and tools, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
