A great opportunity available for a Service Support Advisor working for a fantastic manufacturer within the hospitality and retail industry, based in Milton Keynes

Working in a small team, reporting to a Team Leader you will liaise with internal Account Coordinators, field-based technicians.


This role would suit someone who likes delivering excellent customer service and is maybe looking for their first office-based role.


Your day will look like this:

  • Log calls and update customers
  • Communicate with customers about their repairs calls, advising on any delays or the status
  • Supporting with customer complaints
  • Maintain up to date customer information on SAP

Person Specification:


  • Want to deliver an excellent customer service
  • Able to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP is beneficial
  • B2B or SME background

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm. 3 days in office, 2 days from home after training/induction period.

£25,200.00 per year
