Macildowie are pleased to working alongside a fantastic business in
Long Eaton to recruit additions to their
Customer Service team as
Claim Handler.

This is a
full-time, temp to
permanent opportunity (3 months temporary).
The shift patterns for this role are 07:00 14:30 (office based) then 13:30 21:00 (from home/remote).


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Ensure all claims are logged and resolved within the business target time.
  • Provide accurate and appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure full resolution.
  • Maintain all records of customer interactions, process accounts and file all required documentation.
