Senior Practitioner CWD/ Hybrid working /Good Ofsted


NonStop Care is working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the east Midlands that is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Children with disabilities team.


You will be part of a team that allows hybrid working flexibility ensuring that you can manage your own diary and caseloads and secure a healthy work-life balance.

The authority has also achieved a Good Ofsted report which comments on their good practice meaning you will have greater job satisfaction in knowing you are providing the best level of care to your service users/ making a positive change within your community (a different benefit just to change things up)


Benefits:

Locum - Up to 38/h
Permanent up to £43,000p/Annum
Ongoing Contract -ASAP interview/start

Responsibilities:

Work with children to ensure that they are receiving the best possible care
You will be working with children and families in order to improve their circumstances
Help develop their life skills, increasing there independence and promoting resilience in the family to keep the children safe from harm


Requirements:

An accredited qualified social worker degree
5 years of experience with children with disabilities
Ideally have completed there ASYE
Full driver's license
